Cobscook Bay Farmhouse on the Bay

One large bedroom with bath and beautiful water view. Key pad entry. The suite is a newly built totally private, extension on the house. You can walk across the field to the tidal marsh and onto the shingle beach. Guests, hike, bike and bird watch. 7 miles to a local restaurant and 13 miles into Eastport for whale watching, shopping and restaurants and cafes. Lubec is a 45 minute drive away. Your private entrance by keypad. The shared space is the front yard. Your driveway space is yours.

The Whale of a View Cottage has amazing unobstructed views of the ocean and the whales, seals and eagles that pass by the cottage. The Whale cottage is private and sits on a cliff overlooking the water. The cottage also has great outdoor spaces with an attached screened in room, attached open deck and a screened in gazebo located on a lower cliff overlooking the water with open decks. Our newly renovated mini home overlooks White Head Harbour and has beach access directly across the road. We are just a short walk from the ferry, post office, salt water marsh, and many beaches. The sun sets every night directly in front of our place and is breathtaking. Come relax in paradise.
