Cozy Cottage (New Hot tub!) Year Round!

Year round! Hot Tub! Lose yourself in Nature. Private cottage located just a few minutes' walk from Washademoak Lake. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family retreat. The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy some of NB’s best outdoor opportunities. Centrally located yet rural; Sussex, SJ, Moncton and Fredericton are all 60 minutes or less away. This listing does not include seasonal bunkhouse. Please see our other listing if you would like to include the bunkhouse in your reservation!

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

My Little Oasis: a cozy little cottage on the lake

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.

Tucked beside the famous Sea Caves and just minutes from the stunning Fundy Trail Provincial Park, this cottage is the perfect base for adventure. Cute one story recently renovated home in the heart of St.Martins. This home features a back deck with view of the bay of fundy, BBQ, an fire pit for family campfires. Walking distance to local amenities and the beach. When at the cottage enjoy all its extras including a lower level full of entertainment such as a air hockey, fooseball & a card table. Also in the lower level is a large smart tv, numerous board games an books for your enjoyment & relaxation.

The Manifest Station

The Manifest Station is a cozy waterfront cottage on beautiful quiet Indian Lake in Lakeville Corner, NB. This is the perfect place for a family or friend get together, a group retreat or maybe just a romantic couples get away. A great place for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and swimming. In the winter this is a spectacular place to snowshoe or go ice fishing. Snowmobiling is also popular and many will drive by our place across the ice.
