Peaceful Cabin Near National Monument and Downtown

Peaceful and airy, our centrally located cabin feels remote, but is just minutes from downtown Grand Junction amenities. Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Cleanliness is our #1 priority! Bright and intentionally furnished with decor by local artists, our heart has gone into every detail.

Walk to downtown from this unique, newly remodeled 1930's home in a safe quiet neighborhood. You’ll have plentiful off street parking, a fenced in backyard, a large fully-stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms with comfy memory foam beds. 1-2 miles to CMU, Lincoln Park and St Mary's Hospital. 10 min drive to the Lunch Loops mountain bike trail system and hiking and climbing in the Colorado National Monument. Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with an evaporative cooler, not AC.

Our home welcomes you and your pet/s to enjoy our 2 newly decorated bedrooms with blackout curtains, remodeled luxurious bathroom with 2 showerheads, full kitchen , laundry, pet door, dog run, back porch to sit and relax, and lovely backyard to enjoy. We encourage you to walk downtown, only 6 blocks away. The Colorado National Monument, regional airport, CMU, library, Science Center for kids, and bike trails are very close.
