Situated near Mooney Bay Marina with a private beach, this quiet, off the main road location with its beautiful sunrises will keep you coming back year after year. This furnished camp sleeps 6 comfortably. Private beach, hiking trails, marina, and cafe are all within walking distance. There is dock space for your boat/jetski. Anglers welcome!

Quaint cottage across the road from a quiet cove on Lake Champlain NY. Apple orchards behind the cabin with beautiful vistas and sunset views. A screened in porch with views of the lake. Walk down the hill and pull up outdoor chairs by the lake shore. The cottage is located in the very quiet neighborhood of Chazy Landing. Large flat screened TV with fast WIFI available. Coffee maker, microwave and a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. A property manager lives nearby.

Tots Cabin

A four-bedroom century old cabin that was completely rebuilt in 2011 with every modern convenience and 200mbps wifi; located in a private cove on Lake Champlain. The house has four bedrooms (2Q, 1F, 2T) and two bathrooms. The living room is open to the kitchen & has twin french doors open to our oversized screen porch with epic water views. The property has a private sandy beach with great deep water swimming - access in shallows is clay and silt bottom however.

Cottage on private lot directly on Lake Champlain. With spacious common space and breathtaking sunset views, this cottage is perfect for energizing from your busy lives. The cottage offers wonderful outside living: 2 kayaks and a canoe are at your disposal, a 5-burner BBQ for your chef skills, and a fire pit for quiet evenings by the camp fire. In addition, the lake offers excellent fishing, including salmon, lake trout, bass, and pike.

Refurbished 1950’s Cottage 300’ from Lakefront

This cozy cottage will gladly accommodate a couple with 2 small children. Although it has only 1 bedroom, we do have a futon in a front sitting room and another on the sun porch. Our home is on the property, but mostly hidden from the cottage by tall cedar trees. We are located about 1/2 hour from Burlington. We are < 5 minutes from the Grand Isle to Plattsburgh, NY ferry. The sunsets are simply phenomenal!
