Near Burlington, Vermont, and the Champlain Islands. We have WIFI. THE UPSTAIRS ROOM HAS A QUEEN SIZE BED, A FULL BED AND A PULL OUT COUCH ALL IN THE SAME SPACE. There is a brand new sleeper couch down stairs. No pets.

Good wifi. Lower level has work space area, seating/ rec area for youngsters with bathroom ( with washer/dryer) and separate deck. Hammock space on deck.
