Entire townhouse, with a two-car garage. Great views of the La Sal Mountains, 10 minutes to Arches, close to town. Plenty of storage space for all your toys safely! Spacious open concept living, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, fully stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, cable TV, access to hot tub and two swimming pools, plus playground, tennis and basketball courts. NEW RED CLIFF CONDO W/ NEW POOL! 4 MILES TO MOAB!

We have added some personal original touches to this unit, so it does feel like a home away from home. Our 3 bed/ 2 bath, ground floor condo has easy access to your toys, to the condo and the pool and hot tub located directly behind our building. The master suite has a king size bed with flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has a FULL size double queen bunk! 3rd bedroom is a single queen bed and there is also a queen fold out with memory foam mattress. Our unit sleeps 10 people total.

Small in stature, but big in personality, Kenzie's Cottage is a cozy bedroom cottage that sleeps 1-2 people. Imagine a stand alone hotel room or something from the tiny home movement. No kitchen but a small fridge, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, french press, and area to make coffee or tea. Some basic dish ware provided. Outdoor sitting area and private 2 person hot tub! Centrally located on a quiet street, just two blocks from downtown, it is perfect for singles or couples.
