Southcott Pines is nestled in the forest on the shores of Lake Huron between Grand Bend & the Pinery and is an idyllic oasis with winding streets, an extensive tree canopy, walking trails and a private beach with a sandy & shallow shore line. Its also within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee shop/bakery, bike paths, hiking, dog friendly beaches & the amenities of Grand Bend.

Then a 5 minute drive to Main Street with cool restaurants, boutique shops, and access to the boardwalk and public beach.
