This new, modern mountain home is the perfect getaway. Located just below the ski trail "Home Again" in Granby Ranch, the house is ski in/ski out. The house boasts modern finishes, a cozy gas fireplace, and amazing VIEWS. The master bedroom is situated with floor to ceiling windows and has an ensuite bathroom. The two other bedrooms each feature a large window and both have access to a bathroom. There is a bonus bedroom which has twin over twin bunkbeds. The garage has a level 2 EV charger.

There are two bedrooms with king beds on the main level, one with en suite bath, and a twin over twin bunk room, and additional cots in the basement. There are plenty of amenities to keep the whole family entertained, including a pool table, hot tub, firepit, and grill. Kitchen is well stocked to cook family style meals. As a ski-in/ski-out property in Granby Ranch, ski/bike lifts are easily accessed and golf a short drive.
