This Air BnB is is incredibly beautiful and spacious. Its location is perfect allowing you to walk where ever you need to go. Manrique was amazingly helpful and took us on a full day tour of the volcano, lake and looking, a highlight of our trip. Would recommend staying here!

nice quiet place. it was a bit hard to find but I think it has more to do with Google map in nicaragua. it is 8 minutes from the center of the city but I needed a quiet night so it was perfect.

The host met us at the property and showed us in, which we really appreciated. The lounge is spacious and airy, and the location is great—just a short walk to restaurants. There’s a restaurant next door that plays fairly loud music from late morning to late evening, which is noticeable. Only the main bedroom has A/C; with a wall vent fan into the smaller bedroom which has fans and is also where the bathroom is located, which made it less convenient for our group of three. The living area has no A/C, but large doors let in air. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. We did have ants, likely due to the open design and surrounding plants, but as Costa Rica residents, it wasn’t a big deal for us but it might be surprising for guests not used to the environment. The bathroom setup was the main drawback—access is only through the smaller bedroom. A separate entrance would really help. That said, the hosts were friendly and responsive, and we’d definitely stay again.

we hebben enorm genoten van de prachtige met liefde gebouwde hacienda. Je zit midden in de natuur en super privé. Het huis is heel geschikt voor families en vriendengroepen. Arelis heeft met mij boodschappen gedaan in de stad, 10 minuten rijden. Ze heeft voor ons gekookt en ons ontzorgd. De badkamers met de warme douches waren fantastisch en de bedden waren ook fijn. Jason was goed bereikbaar voor vragen en hulp. De temperatuur, het klimaat, was heel fijn en airco was voor ons absoluut niet nodig. Dit was mijn zorg voordat we kwamen. Je voelt je in het huis van Jason heel bevoorrecht. Ik raad het ten zeerste aan als je wil ontspannen.

Marc est un hôte sympathique et accueillant, disponible mais discret. J’ai bien apprécié mon séjour en ce lieu. La maisonnette se trouve dans un cadre idéal pour ceux qui aiment le chant des oiseaux et la tranquillité. Jolie propriété très bien entretenue avec beaucoup d’arbres fruitier et une belle piscine. Facilement accessible même à pieds ou à vélo. Petits magasins à proximité. Je recommande volontiers

This was one of my favorite family vacations. It felt like we were walking into our own home. We had everything we needed and more. Sonia was AMAZING! She was very responsive and answered all my questions.

¡Muy buena estadía para nuestro grupo de 5 amigos! La casa estaba impecable y las 3 habitaciones muy cómodas. Tenía todo lo necesario y el patio interior fue un plus para charlar y relajarnos con música (la TV tenía internet). Gretchell es una anfitriona excelente. Muy buena comunicación, súper amable y el check-in fue fácil porque nos esperaba. Tuvimos un tema con la piscina (estaba cerrada), pero lo solucionó de inmediato consiguiéndonos pases para otra. ¡Muy eficiente! Además, nos consiguió taxi al aeropuerto en Managua ($60). Hay varios minimarkets cerca, lo cual es práctico. Totalmente recomendado. Lugar cómodo y Gretchell muy atenta. Solo ojo si van con niños pequeños: hay una terraza en el segundo piso sin protección. ¡Por lo demás, perfecto! Volveríamos.

Absolutely felt in love with this house! Felt right at home and so peaceful! I felt asleep the first night in the couch upstairs and waking up to see sunrise and sounds of the birds was magical! Loveeeeed my stay, can’t wait to return!

Super charming house in a quiet, safe part of town, only a two-minute (or less) walk to the center of town. We LOVED the colonial feel of the house and the plunge pool for that hot afternoon heat...chef's kiss. Ashley provided us with everything we could possibly need: AC, hot water, soap/shampoo (bc I definitely forgot to pack it), speedy Wifi, a fully functional kitchen, comfy bed...the list goes on and on. Julio was also amazing and very accommodating to our schedule. We loved this little gem in Granada so much we actually wanted to book another weekend...but it was already booked (boo!). We will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Ashley!

Exceptionnel! Très bien situé. D’une propreté irréprochable. Un chat très attachant. Une déco artistique avec une bibliothèque de livres à lire. Les enfants demandent déjà pour y retourner!!!

Una muy buena ubicación. Un sitio precioso con mucha historia y naturalización. El alojamiento es muy básico, cocina y dormitorio sencillos.

casa ampia e fresca vicinissima alla laguna, 10 minuti Granada e 30 da Masaya. Perfetto a come base!
