Pima Peach Cottage

Fall in love with this clean cottage home. It has great bones and was originally built in 1900. Over time it has been remodeled. This home is only a 10-15 minute drive to the City of Safford and 15 minutes to the Safford Mine and hospital. Three bedroom, two baths (plus extra beds) on a 1/2 acre with plenty of parking and places to roam. This small town home is neighbor friendly and quiet. Mesquite Retreat

The property sits a short distance from the town of Pima and is around a 17-minute drive from Safford/Thatcher. Rustic bohemian-style cabin featuring exposed rock and wood walls, concrete floors, and a carefully curated mix of new and antique decor and furniture. The cabin is surrounded by mesquite bosque and desert scenery and provides a private setting for relaxation and solitude. We are a non-smoking, no-pet property. There’s a $250 USD fee for those who smoke or arrive with pets.

Vintage Little Pink Cottage

Our cozy little Pink House was built in 1910 as a farm house, surrounded by fields. Then several years ago we completely remodeled the inside updating everything, heat pump unit was added for heating and cooling. Our driveway leads to private parking by the back door. We are a nonsmoking, no pets facility. We are .06 miles to the hospital, shopping is also very close and the Safford High School is visible from our back door. This is a one bedroom with a Queen size bed.

There are 2 separate primary bedrooms with in room bathrooms. Two separate living areas, one has a big screen tv and the other has a piano, and plenty of seating to read or just relax. Great set up for a crew to have separate space or family & friends traveling together.

The Little Blue Retreat: A cozy, fully equipped home with plenty of parking, two covered carports, a shaded front patio with seating and a grill, and mountain views. Inside you’ll find a comfy bedroom, pullout couch, and spacious bathroom. Located in a calm, beautiful neighborhood perfect for walks, with shops, gas stations, and restaurants nearby, just 2 minutes from Hwy 70 and 10–15 minutes from the mine.
