“La Casita” is a private waterfront home near Umass medical! Modern 1-2 bedroom home with a Master Bedroom on the second floor and a multi use room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom with a full size futon. There is a 3 season porch with a dining nook which leads out to a big outdoor deck. There are multiple ceiling fans and water toys for renters use. No pets or smokers. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with another home on the lot with small children so calm renters only please.

Once a ski lodge, then a horse barn, the hayloft in this unique stone barn has been converted to a comfortable & peaceful getaway. Enjoy a tranquil farm stay on a working Lavender farm. Help feed (if you wish) the horses and ponies and see the chickens. Enjoy the serene views and take in a sunrise or sunset or the stunning evening stars and moon on the back patio, stroll around the farm and hike our 1 mile nature walk. Convenient to local skiing & golfing.

Quiet Oasis In The City

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We are right in the city but you'll feel miles away. This two level guest home is surrounded by nature and very relaxing. Two bedrooms and two baths. Two king sized beds. One full bath with oversized tub downstairs. Upstairs bath with standing shower. Full kitchen and coffee and tea. Hot tub is included and available for use until late October. Pool is a separate rental and closed for the season.

Close to major hospitals, highways & has a fenced in back yard. It has one bedroom with a queen bed, and a day bed /trundle in the common area. A privacy wall is available upon request. My goal is to make your stay as relaxing as possible. WiFi is available and there are two smart televisions in the home. Pets are always welcome, with a perfect walking path right down the street!
