Lavender apartment is a cozy one bedroom apartment. Apartment is air-conditioned with free Wi Fi. Features large living room with flat screen TV and pull-out sofa where two more people can sleep, kitchenette with a dining table, and bathroom with a shower and washing machine. You can sit outside on a balcony enjoying in cup of coffee or glass of wine with the view to the building's closed backyard . Apartment is located in the center of the old town, yet on a quiet location. The apartment is located in a quiet building on the ground floor. Only a staircase are common to all tenants and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price. Price of electricity is aproximately 0,87 HRK/kWh. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim mogućim uređajima, blagavaonicom i pogledom na vanjski vrt i okoliš. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen veličine 45 metara kvadratni i ljetna kuhinja koju je moguće korisiti. Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
