Welcome to our 52 m² studio in Zadar, featuring a Mediterranean garden with olive, citrus and fig trees that provide shade and tranquility after a day of exploring. Guests are welcome to enjoy fresh seasonal vegetables and fruit from the garden. You might also spot our friendly cat, Sparky 🐾. Excellent, romantic place for couples, brand new, holiday apartment is situated on the main island road, halfway from the ferry dock to the center of Kali. All the places on these two relaxing islands, with beautiful beaches and breathtaking views are within 15 min drive range. Apartment has a wonderful view on Zadar channel and is distant only few minutes from the nearest beach. It's equipped with wifi internet, tv, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and water cooker.

Vrlo šarmantna soba s klima uređajem. Nalazi se na prvom katu sa zasebnim ulazom. Ima jedan balkon, dvokrevetnu sobu s posteljinom i ručnicima, privatni WC s tušem. Ima TV, hladnjak, aparat za kavu i besplatni wi fi. Ispred zgrade je besplatno parkirno mjesto Održavamo vrlo blisku i brzu komunikaciju s našim gostima. This charming dalmatian house is located in Ždrelac on the island of Pašman. Wake up in the morning with the most beautiful sea view and relax in the shadow of the pines. Our old family home was renovated with love and care few years ago. Place is very peaceful, especially out of season. Nature on islands Pašman and Ugljan is beautiful and worth exploring.
