The apartment has a spacious terrace with sea view, two separate rooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, television, shower and toilet, internet and free parking in the yard. Several spacious sandy beaches are located 100 m down the house as well as other varied beaches such as smaller, rocky, intimate ones. Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade by the sea with a beautiful view which leads to the center of the old town of Rab. As well, nearby are numerous facilities such as beach bars, restaurants, massages, ATM, bakeries, a food store, shops, taxy boots and some of sports for adults and children, such as every morning free exercises with a trainer in the sea, children's parks and organized outdoor playgrounds, pedal boats, kayaks and similar facilities.

Die moderne Ferienwohnung ist inmitten der Altstadt der schönen Hafenstadt Rab auf der gleichnamigen Insel Rab gelegen. Sowohl den Strand, als auch die zahlreichen Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Altstadt erreicht man fußläufig in 5 Minuten. Die Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und hat auf jeder Etage ein eigenes Bad. Von der oberen Etage aus gelangt man auf eine wunderschöne Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Altstadt und den Hafen von Rab. Zwei Schlafzimmern bieten für 4 Gäste Platz.

Naša obiteljska kuća nalazi se na samoj pješčanoj plaži, pogled soba, apartmana i restorana je čaroban, predivan pogled na more, barke i uvale. Sobe nude privatan balkon, klimu, mini bar, tv, besplatni bežični internet. U našem obiteljskom restoranu nudimo domaća jela, svježe ulovljenu ribu koju lovimo svakoga dana obiteljskim ribarskim brodom. Apartman je s predivnim pogledom na more, privatnim balkonom. U našem obiteljskom domu osjećati ćete se toplo i ugodno!

My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.
