Modern, Tranquil bach near beach (stay 3, pay 2)

Stay 3 and only pay for 2 nights weekdays through Winter Special discount applied on booking request This wonderfully modern house is positioned on a large, quiet & private section close to the main beach. This light and sunny home opens out to a sun-drenched deck from every room via sliding and large stacker doors. Relax reading a book in the swing chair on the deck and listening to the tui sing in the established bush. Fall asleep to the calm running of the stream outside both bedroom doors

3-bedroom house on a 622 square meter land. The entire house is for your use.The Sliding gate, fenced yard and Security cameras ensure both safety and privacy This house was built in the 1970s and refurbished last year. The entrance has 3 steps About Cleanliness, My wife and I spend 3 hours cleaning every time to ensure that the bed linens are freshly changed and the dining utensils are thoroughly cleaned using the dishwasher. Queen bed and a double bed, one in each bedroom, with wardrobes. TV, heating, & WIFI internet. The living area has large sofas, dining tables, & lovely sunny conservatory. Microwave, oven, fridge, utensils, & crockery. Washing machine & iron. Parking for one in the garage & another on the driveway. Centrally located next to two large supermarkets, walk to the city centre, the Hamilton Lake, cafe's, Waikato Hospital, & WINTEC. Only a short drive to the Hamilton Gardens & University.

My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro. It has superb, uninterrupted, water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Sunsets can be amazing and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath. The home is very conveniently positioned to many activities and places of interest eg. Waikato River Trails, Hobbiton, Blue Spring, Arapuni Suspension bridge , Sanctuary Mountain, Karapiro Domain, Takapoto Estate, Riverside Adventures and Red Barn wedding venue

Relax in this calm, cosy space. Just ten minutes from the commercial centre the base. 8-9 minutes drive from Chartwell shopping centre, surrounded by countdown supermarkets and Value supermarkets. New building with cosy decor. Double glazing makes for a quiet space. Air conditioning, washing machine, fridge, microwave and hairdryer. One bedroom. One queen size bed, one sofa bed is double size. quality bedding. Car parking is right at the door.
