*This gully view home has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms including ensuite. *Well located in Flagstaff for work, local events, restful family holiday. It is about 5 mins drive to nearby Cafe shops, countdown supermarket and takeaway; 10 mins to Te Awa and Chartwell Shopping Centres; 5 mins to Waikato Expressway that leads to Auckland or Cambridge. *It has a driveway off the road, very secured, hidden away from traffic and noise. *Baby/kids friendly, fully fenced, cot and highchair are available.

The entire house is for your use.The Sliding gate, fenced yard and Security cameras ensure both safety and privacy This house was built in the 1970s and refurbished last year. Please check the photos About Cleanliness, My wife and I spend 3 hours cleaning every time to ensure that the bed linens are freshly changed and the dining utensils are thoroughly cleaned using the dishwasher. My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro. It has superb, uninterrupted, water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Sunsets can be amazing and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath. The home is very conveniently positioned to many activities and places of interest eg. Waikato River Trails, Hobbiton, Blue Spring, Arapuni Suspension bridge , Sanctuary Mountain, Karapiro Domain, Takapoto Estate, Riverside Adventures and Red Barn wedding venue

5 Minutes Walk to hospital ground and River

5 minutes Walk to waikato hospital ground. 10 minutes walk to Braemar hospital. 5 minutes drive to the city center.This is a 2 bedroom one bathroom townhouse, it has one free parking space. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed , the 2nd bedroom has a set of king single bunk beds. (The bunks are rated for a max weight of 85kg each) .There is a fully functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, 4 plate cooktop and small microwave. There is air conditioning in the living room.

Cozy Retreat on Serene Street

Relax in this calm, cosy space. Just ten minutes from the commercial centre the base. 8-9 minutes drive from Chartwell shopping centre, surrounded by countdown supermarkets and Value supermarkets. New building with cosy decor. Double glazing makes for a quiet space. Air conditioning, washing machine, fridge, microwave and hairdryer. One bedroom. One queen size bed, one sofa bed is double size. quality bedding. Car parking is right at the door.
