Rochester is 30 minutes away as is the Mississippi River and its river towns. A long, but gentle boardwalk takes you up to this apartment. Wonderful location to spend time with family and friends, or to getaway and enjoy the beauty of the driftless region.

Milkhouse Cottage was rebuilt from the original Milkhouse built on our farm in 1906. Nestled in a peaceful valley across the road from the Rush River. Amenities include one queen bed, 1 queen sized comfortable queen sofa bed, air conditioning, private deck, private fire pit & 38 acres of private hiking trails and snowshowing trails. For larger groups we have another cottage on airbnb called the Trout Haus. Check on Airbnb or contact us regarding renting both houses.
