Die Wohnung wurde nach meine Vorstellungen designt und gebaut, vieles individuell angefertigt,Wobei auf die Verwendung natürlich Materialien geachtet. So z.B. wurde Dielboden aus echten Holz,Marmor Platten in Bad/Flur. Bei Gestaltung habe ich auch meine Lebensphilosophie berücksichtigt, die dadurch das schwediche Wort “Lagom “ zum Ausdruck kommt, was so viel bedeutet auf Schwedisch wie : “nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig “ oder auch “ gerade recht”. Wenn du etwas brauchst melde dich bei mir .

Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the sea, and 7 minutes walk from the main park. Located in the middle of old and new Batumi. There are restaurants, fruit markets nearby. The building is not so beautiful and modernized from the outside, but the apartment has enough conditions to feel comfortable.
