Our private home is located in Sainte Maxime, the heart of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The home is the lower level of a villa. It is 150 m2 (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room) is nicely decorated and has a sunny garden of 1000 m2 with outdoor kitchen and private swimming pool. You'll have all the luxury and privacy you need. The Beach La Nartelle is only 800 meters from the home and the city is 5 minutes by car. There is a little supermarket at 5 min. walking distance. In the heart of Old Nice and close to the beaches.

Au cœur du quartier touristique dans le vieux Nice superbe studio rénové à neuf,climatisé. Salle de bain douche à l'italienne, cuisine très bien équipée, coin salon avec TV, coin nuit avec lit face à une télé et une cheminée. L'appartement est bien insonorisé, au cœur d'une zone piétonne, proche des plages, du Cours Saleya ,du marché aux fleurs .Très au calme tout en étant au cœur de l'animation et de la vie niçoise avec ses restaurants, boutiques, spécialités niçoises. Le tram est à 2 minutes.
