This apartment was recently renovated and furnished with high quality furniture and finishes. It offers an open planned kitchen and living area, a separate bedroom and a full bathroom. The living area includes a dining table that comfortably sits up to 3 guests, a large flat screen TV, and a comfortable pull-out couch (which turns into a double bed). A small hallway leads to the bedroom (equipped with a queen size bed and closet) and the bathroom. This apartment and its location is the perfect place for couples, friends, or corporate travelers to enjoy Cannes and all it has to offer! The apartment has been recently renovated with quality fittings throughout and every detail has been thought through in order for you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted with glassware, kitchen utensils, plates, pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. There is also a washer/dryer. Bedroom: The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (160cm) and a small closet with plenty of hangers. Moreover, the couch in the living room can be turned into a double bed (140cm) to host one extra guest. Bathroom: The bathroom is bright, clean and offers a glass shower, a modern bathroom vanity, a fully body mirror, a towel heater, and wc. You will have access to the entire apartment, without disruption. The apartment is in the heart of Cannes, on the Rue d'Antibes shopping street. It's steps from shops, restaurants, and bars. La Croisette and its sandy beaches, Palais des Festivals, Congress Center, and the train station are all within a short walk. The apartment is cleaned by a qualified housekeeper and the towels and linens are professionally dry cleaned after each booking. This helps to maintain the apartment at the highest of standards. Towels and linens are already included in the rental price.

The neutral decor is brightened by splashes of color in the cushions and artwork. The apartment is situated only steps from Rue d’Antibes and just a 5 minute walk to La Croisette. It is within easy walking distance to all of restaurants, shops, and bars. Amenities: - Air conditioning in living room + all 2 bedrooms - Fast wireless internet - Netflix account - Bluetooth speaker - Nespresso coffee machine - Fully fitted kitchen with large fridge - Dishwasher - Washing machine - Oven, microwave - High quality stone in all the apartment - Spacious dressing in the 2 bedrooms - Smart TV in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room You will have access to the entire apartment, without disruption. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by myself or a member of my team. Villa de charme avec piscine privée et grand jardin arboré

Vivez comme une star avec cette villa spacieuse à la décoration raffinée. Son vaste séjour ouvert par des baies vitrées sur des terrasses aménagées est idéale pour les repas en plein air, tandis que sa piscine est une invitation au farniente. Située à 700 mètres de la plage et deux kilomètres de la Place des Lices, dans un petit domaine privé, fermé et gardienné. Jolie maison neuve de 170 m² sur un terrain de 1100 m², offrant sur deux niveaux un large séjour ouvert par des baies vitrées sur des terrasses aménagées pour les repas extérieurs et le repos. Cuisine inépendante parfaitement équipée. WC invités. A l'étage, Une chambre avec un lit en 1,80m, balcon,une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, vasque, un WC indépendant. Une chambre avec un lit en 1,60m, salle de bain avec baignoire, vasque et WC. Une chambre avec deux lits en 0,90 rapprochés, salle d'eau avec douche, vasque et WC. Une quatrième chambre se situe au RDC avec douche. Lit de 140 cm. Piscine de 11mX4m, alarme, climatisation, parking pour deux voitures. Très joli aménagement. Décoration élégante. Le logement est situé à 500 mètres seulement de la plage et à un petit quart d'heure à pied de la mythique place des Lices, avec ses platanes centenaires, son incontournable marché provençal, ses tournois de pétanque et ses terrasses ombragées.

Magnifique appartement spacieux de 46 m2 rénové entièrement avec des matériaux de qualité proche de tous les commerces et restaurants et situé à 7 min en voiture du Palais des Festivals. Au 5ème étage avec ascenseur, ce deux pièces de 46 m2 vous séduira par sa rénovation moderne ainsi que sa terrasse au calme. La remise des clefs se fait dans un commerce de proximité (2 minutes à pieds) jusque 23h30. Passée cette heure un supplément de 20 euros sera demandé.

Beautiful studio with A/C close to the sea !

For business or pleasure, you will enjoy staying in this comfortable, completely renovated studio with a chic and retro style. It is located on the first floor without elevator of a 3-unit condominium. Located close to the centre of town but still in a quiet and calm neighbourhood. We have a wonderful sunny terrace overlooking a flower garden with a view of the sea.
