Pac Heights 3-rm suite. Private, safe, quiet.

This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Richmond District Top floor Pied a Terre

This top floor flat is lovely and light filled. This 1923 Marina style flat offers all the convenience of home, with a full kitchen, luxury linens and a deep tub for soaking at the end of the day. Located just blocks from Baker and China Beaches, the Presidio, and Golden Gate Park and numerous museums. Excellent, cafes, restaurants, a grocery/butcher, well as major bus lines all close by. There is a laundry a on the corner. The neighborhood and area is perfect for walking and discovering SF.

Beautiful, contemporary sunny flat right in the heart of the vibrant Mission District and Valencia corridor. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars and cafes in the city. The Castro and Dolores Park are just steps away. Birite, Tartine bakery and beautiful Mission Pool are within a one block walk. My house is located along all major 'Tech bus' routes. Enjoy easy access to BART and MUNI public transportation, only two BART stations from downtown San Francisco.
