Great apartment and a wonderful host, she had already provided the apartment with everything necessary for living and relaxing, and also took care of how we were doing on vacation, thank you very much for everything! Very close to the sea, shops and restaurants. Parking lot right at the entrance, there were always free parking spaces, there were enough electrical adapters for European electrical appliances at home. We think that it is the best apartment in Larnaca, a joy for a tourist :)

Very good communication with host ,big flexibility. House it is exactly like on photos ,sunset view , calm area ,clean. House has everything we need , small advice more pots on kitchen . Good stay and good experience 😊

Great experience at this Airbnb, only good things to say. Bargain is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is perfectly located next to merit and the Sea. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Great pool, highly recommended!

Thank you Athos, we had such a wonderful time in your beach villa! The villa was within walking distance to the beach and a lovely swimming spot. The villa is ideally located to explore the coast and the beautiful Mediterranean seas! Not far from restaurants and of course Ayia Napa, and the Waterpark. Villa is huge, each room had its own bathroom and there was plenty of space to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

We were very fortunate to have been able to stay at this accommodation. It was well located, clean, with a responsive host and stocked with everything we could have desired. Vicky was responsive to any questions or queries we had during our stay. The accommodation is located by restaurants and shops, whilst only being a short walk away from the beach. We'd be keen to stay again and would happily recommend it to others looking to spend time in Paralimni.

The house was very spacious for us - 4 guests - and clean. It also looks exactly like the pictures, which made it feel very familiar and comfortable. Its proximity to the sea (less than 10-second walk) is very convenient, and it's also very accessible as it's close to the highway, a local supermarket (10 seconds away by car), and restaurants in the same street but also delivery food places a bit further like in Batroun. Make sure to catch the sunset as well as it's a great spot for that! Joseph is also very responsive and sent us very clear check-in instructions.

This villa was really lovely and as described. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the pool on our arrival and the host promptly arranged for the pool to be cleaned. The house didn’t have basic essentials like oil, sugar, salt, coffee or tea, nor hand soap for bathrooms. These are the only faults, everything else was great. You will need a car to go to Agia Napa and Protaras, but there are a couple of minimarkets, tavernas and a coffee shop which were walking distance. A very small beach is also walking distance.

Wir waren hier in einem ruhigen typisch zypriotischen Dorf und hatten das Glück über dem Dorfcafe/ Miniladen zu wohnen wo man alles wichtige, besonders einen sehr guten traditionellen Kaffee, bekommt. Wir haben uns immer gefreut wenn Maro Zeit hatte für ein kleines Gespräch. Sie ist eine herzliche und weltoffene Frau die hervorragend Englisch spricht und uns so auch von ihrer Heimat erzählen konnte. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr geräumig, es war sehr sauber und die Küche war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Anfang April waren die Nächte noch kühl, wir konnten es uns aber vor dem offenen Kamin gemütlich machen. Auch extra Decken sind vorhanden. Wir haben von dort aus Ausflüge zum Strand und in die Berge gemacht (in ca einer halben Stunde erreichbar) Wir wären gerne längervgeblieben!
