Play all day then warm yourself by the wood stove fire, curled up with a book, or enjoy dinner & shopping in Graeagle, 4 mins away. If outdoor activities bring you here, enjoy hiking trails, biking and kayaking. We are just 2 blocks from the Feather River, grab your fishing pole and a beverage and catch dinner.

New plush beds & hotel style bedding, complementary coffee & tea station, & many thoughtful touches throughout the home will help you relax & unwind in style!

In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

This immaculate studio, with an amazing view, has everything you need to enjoy beautiful Indian Valley and the surrounding area. It is quiet, cozy and relaxing. With the fully stocked kitchen, you will have everything you need! The Loft is located above a garage that is not often used. Access to the private hot spring, swimming reservoir and ranch are only some of the perks of this property. Located 1/4 mile from the main house on the Meyers Ranch, it is private and did we mention the view?

Beautiful native landscaping surrounds a basketball court and covered dining area. Indoors, natural light and a playful spark runs throughout with a second story hammock to enjoy it all!

The Red Fox Property is a secluded cabin set back within the forest. Escape into this 3,200 sq foot residence and forget your worries behind. A state of the art kitchen and appliances makes large gatherings easy and fun. 4 bedrooms & 2 common areas the cabin allows guests their needed space. Downstairs you will find a bedroom, bar area and game lounge. Indoor Jacuzzi additional amenity $75 per stay unlimited use. Contact host if interested in adding for your stay. Paid upon arrival.
