The Little House: a 2 bedroom farmhouse situated just off the main road. Close to the action but far enough away to get some peace. Enjoy scenic views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains on the front porch while sipping tea or coffee (actual view from porch). This location is great for families and those that want to get away. This house comes with a unique history. The home was originally built in Sparks in the year 1900 and was later moved to Virginia City. Enjoy rustic with some modern amenities.

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

Little Desert Oasis

You’re invited to experience our Sweet Little Desert Oasis right in the heart of the Historic Comstock Gold District (15 minutes from Virginia City). This separate home is very private and in a quiet location. Ready to accommodate 2 adults (no children please). It is completely renovated with clean, neat furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Sleep on a comfortable queen sized bed under a homemade quilt.
