Decked Out Cottage

Conveniently located with a thought out layout, creates a space to make memories. While small, 625sqft, this cottage is packed with everything to make an incredible stay at the coast. View the ocean from the the double deck, play games or pitch a tent on the clean turf, hang hammocks from the cedar beams, cook outdoors and eat on the deck, soak in the hot tub or relax with cable wifi. At night it's Netflix or star gazing around the fire pit. We are pet friendly, with a $45 pet fee per stay.

7 acres in redwood forest is a quiet space to relax or work. Private entrance and self check in. King sleigh bed and luxury cooling gel pillows get rave reviews for comfort! And the romantic setting. Backyard with fire pit, BBQ, short trails. Trail maps, Wifi, natural history library, field guides. Lots of amenities. Kitchenette with breakfast, snacks, Peet's coffee, tea, cocoa provided. Lakeview Oasis all to yourself...

To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special. Red Barn 5 mins to the River, Ocean & Redwoods!

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Located 3 miles from the pristine Smith River, Redwood National Park and the beach. Everything is there you might need during your stay. The barn is tastefully fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen in a country setting with outdoor seating, fire pit, hammocks and a gas grill for a relaxing getaway enjoying the outdoors. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for your enjoyment.

Gayle's Garden Cottage

A tiny house cottage set in a garden amongst the redwoods, surrounded by rhodies, maples, birch and apple trees. Beautiful in all seasons. The cottage is foam insulated and thus very quiet for a good night's sleep. I use fragrance free detergent on linens. The queen bed (3 layers of high density memory foam mattresses) is in a loft, accessible by an angled loft ladder with handhold cutouts (not suitable for infants or children). Nema 14-50 plug available.
