The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Property was amazing. We had a really good time. Pool was the show stopper I should say. Kids had absolute fun, so did the ladies. Care taker Shashank was really responsive and helpful. Never missed our call and was there to help within 2 mins of call. Definitely will recommend. Maybe they should equipped kitchen with more things like a toaster, kettle , some glass and porcelain wear to reheat food in the oven. Thanks

The villa staff—Arman, Anup, and Rahul—were outstanding. They catered to every small need with warmth and professionalism, making us feel truly taken care of. Their attention to detail and service made our experience even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay. I stayed at La Mosteiro Villa 09 with my kid and three of my colleagues who were traveling from the US. We are all really impressed with the villa and its management. The folks at Bluekite, Alisha and Deepasha, and our caretaker Damudhar were all very friendly, proactive, and helpful. The villa itself is gorgeous. The pool was clean and well-maintained, which my son took the full advantage of :) I’m definitely coming back.

The villa is exceptional. So is the service from the whole team, especially Rajdeep who was ready to support with anything my family wanted. We used the in-house chef and the food was great. The spacious 4 bedroom villa has a pool and a cozy spot to watch a movie. We would love to return when we get a chance.

We were a group of 8 people and we had a blast here. Sanika was friendly and very accommodating. One thing about the stay that I’d point out is the breakfast, we all devoured the breakfast every single day. Sanika gave great recommendations, helped us throughout the stay with every minute detail. It was an overall amazing stay♥️ Highly recommend it

The rooms were luxurious and spacious, and the entire place was exceptionally clean and hygienic. The aesthetics of the villa were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the thoughtful layout and ample space the villa offered. I would love to stay here again and again—it genuinely gave me a feeling of home away from home.

Great place for a group of 8-10; good view from the balcony overlooking the river. Caretakers were super helpful, and definitely added to our overall experience.

Vinita is an incredible host. She was so accommodating to me and my family and went the extra mile to ensure that our needs were met. Her home is absolutely beautiful. It is well maintained, clean and spacious. The location is also convenient and easy to find. I highly recommend Vinita’s home especially to larger groups of people.

It was a very comfortable villa and was short of nothing necessary. Caretaker was always a call away. Clean rooms and bathrooms. It is a recommendable stay!

A beautiful blend of antique charm, heritage and modern comforts. The private pool and garden are serene- perfect for unwinding! The caretaker couple were absolute gem :) It's a pet friendly property- my dog Tyson had a great time running around and lounging by the pool. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a touch of old Goan charm!

Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

The villa is really beautiful with easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Swimming pool is ideal for a 8 people group. The gazebo near the pool was awesome. The cook/caretaker Sanu was really awesome. He cooked as per our instructions. He was always at our service and ready to help. We really had a great time enjoying the food and his service. The only issue is the approach road for this villa is narrow and ideal for small cars. But that is something that we have to live with , if you want to enjoy at this beautiful location. Overall a great place to spend time and relaxing with a small group of family/friends.

Amazing host , Amazing location , amazing villa , it actually felt like home . Bart is probably the kindest host . The house had everything that one could imagine , from an oven to washing machine , amazing , never been this sad while leaving a hotel / place . Looking forward to come here again often !!

Amazingly spacious and beautiful colonial villa. We were a family of 13 spanning 3 generations there for a special occasion Caretaker Anthony and other help were amazing. Highly recommended for a large family holiday
