This very quaint 1 bed 1.5 bath mother-n-law suite is nestled on the side of our home with it's own private entrance. Enjoy the view of the lake in front of the property or sit on the back covered patio and enjoy your morning coffee. Access to the Hospital and Coastal College are within Walking distance. 15 mins from (FLETC) 5 mins from the Causeway & 10-15 mins from the beaches on St Simons and Jekyll Island. We only share the backyard which now includes a in ground pool/spa and cabana!

This is a (frog) finished room over a detached garage. It is a 340 square-foot space above a one car garage. You can park on the private road, space for oversized vehicles. The stairs to the frog are outside. We are centrally located on Saint Simons Island 5 miles from the pier village and beach. Close to everything else. Shopping, dining, easy access on and off the island. This is a new construction home built in 2024. There are cameras on the property for your protection and safety. 

Poolside Paradise!

Perfect spot and location for two! Just one mile from Historic Brunswick, GA, and approximately 10 minutes from both Jekyll and St. Simons Islands. Lounge by the private pool right outside your door and enjoy drinks or dinner in the same place! Very quiet neighborhood surrounded by Live Oaks and just a short walk away from touring some of Brunswick's beautifully restored historic homes. A fire pit/grill sits right outside your door. This is a place where memories are made!

This is a FROG (finished room over a detached garage). It is a 400 square foot space above a 2 car garage. You can park in the garage, one parking spot. The stairs to the FROG are outside. You have access to the pool (not heated). We are centrally located on Saint Simons Island, 2 miles from the beach, 2 miles from the Pier Village and very close to everything else: shopping, dining, easy access on and off island. This is a new construction home built in 2021.

Coastal Cottage

Coastal Cottage is less than a mile from the Jekyll And Saint Simon's Island causeways and Historic Downtown Brunswick. Savannah and Jacksonville and their airports are an easy hour away. Come love what we love about our adopted hometown! We are pet lovers! So your pets are welcome. There is a $25 one time pet fee per pet to help cover the cost of the extra cleaning needed when our furry guests check out.
