The Stable Loft on Loch Tummel

It is a peaceful oasis, tucked away from it all at Foss, in the Tummel Valley, but it is easily accessible from the A9 near Pitlochry.

A cosy hideaway for two in a beautiful scenic spot on a working hill farm at the foot of the Angus Glens. In traditional bothy style, the bed and living/dining area are in one room, with a separate galley kitchen and shower room. With a wood burning stove, small enclosed garden with panoramic views and easy walks from the door, it’s an ideal place to switch off with fresh air and a good book. Monaltrie Holiday apartment at Ballater

Ballater is an attractive riverside village in rural Aberdeenshire with many amenities including an interesting Golf Course. There are significant Royal Connections with Balmoral Castle, the summer residence of the Royal Family only a short drive away.There are a good number of places to eat, catering for many tastes as well as a well stocked supermarket. Outdoor activities include many walks and Biking trails with two bike hire sources in the village and the Cairngorms are not too far away.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

A cosy modern flat on the first floor of a converted church, dating back to the 1800s. Our flat has been newly renovated and is the perfect base for exploring the village of Braemar and wider Cairngorms. A fantastic base for walking, climbing, cycling (MTB or road) and skiing. Or, if you're looking to relax, make the most of it with a coffee by the river, a trip to our favourite patisserie and a wander round the village. Thornbank Cottage - snug & simple, kids & pets OK

Thornbank is a snug and simple timber built holiday cottage in the heart of the village of Braemar.  Paragliding, mountain biking, skiing, walking or perhaps a relaxing holiday at one with nature?  Here you can indulge in all the activities that the Upper Dee Valley and Cairngorms National Park have to offer, then return to a cosy hearth and home. We are located in the centre of the village, but set back behind the road in a quiet spot with woods to the rear.

Grampian Cottage

Grampian Cottage is a traditional Victorian cottage that has been extended to create a spacious and comfortable holiday home for families or groups of friends. It has a large south facing enclosed garden with pine trees, a fire pit and a summer house. There is direct access onto the hillside and to the duck pond. It is less than ten minutes to walk to the centre of the village. The cottage has 2 wood burning stoves, oil fired central heating and an Aga.

Scottish cabin-style cottage

Short Term Let Licence Number AS-00330-F Braemar and the surrounding area are fortunately unaffected by the fire near Aviemore. Our guest cabin stands by itself in the large garden of our little 19th century cottage. We are on the edge of the small Highland village of Braemar in a quiet situation, 150m from the centre of the village itself. We can accept ONE dog.
