Top of the Hill House - view the silo art trail!

'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year-old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

Delightful Moyhu in the King Valley. Moyhu has a fantastic Country Pub, General store and delightful cafe. These are all in walking distance from Nunyara. The Moyhu Lions Club Market is held the third Saturday of every month. Moyhu is centrally located to all the major wineries Pizzinis, Chrismont Delzottos, Brown Brothers are all a short drive away. Super comfy King size bed, smart TV, Netflix, reverse cycle air conditioning, leather sofa, own bathroom and toilet.

Enjoying total seclusion, it is in easy reach of the King Valley wineries (17km), Milawa gourmet region (19km), historic Beechworth (37Km) and much more. Totally surrounded by vineyards and farmland, this is a newly renovated farmhouse house with all new appliances. With accommodation for 8 it is ideally suited for two families, multigeneration groups or just girls weekend away.

A place to relax, situated on a 5 acre property with lots of space for parking. Our home is adjacent to this accommodation, we are not tolerant of drugs and parties. Minimum 2 night stay. 20A outlet for EV charging. Hot Tub / Spa for relaxing and soaking out the pains of a long drive. North east Vic has a plethora of things to see and do, no matter your taste. We have lived in this region all of our lives and are happy to help out with any queries.

A self contained bungalow at rear of Victorian residence over looking pool designed for couples. Bedroom with king bed Is connected to living space in open plan format ie no door. Separate bathroom, kitchen living area. Pool available for guests to use but is shared with others. Free Wi- Fi. Please note ; a two night minimum stay applies. We are dog friendly but within our terms and also additional cleaning fee of $50. Please add pet when booking.

This separate, brand-new studio apartment on my property offers private accommodation. It is designed for 2 guests. The bathroom is spacious and self-contained. The kitchen is equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities and essentials like a microwave, crockery, cutlery, and a mini fridge. Wifi and TV are available. Enjoy a cozy outdoor area. Cleanliness is a priority, and the minimalist approach ensures no clutter.

Westley's Cottage

Cosy log cabin situated at the base of the beautiful Warby ranges. This off the grid solar powered cottage is located in the Glenrowan wine region only 20 minutes drive from Wangaratta/Benalla,15 minutes from Winton Speedway and 10 minutes from Winton Wetlands Lovely secluded location and outlook over working farm. Ideal for couples wanting a peaceful getaway. Excellent log heater and ceiling fans.

Moyhu Sunset Vista

Moyhu is located in the King Valley and situated ideally between Milawa and Whitfield which allows easy access to both these renowned wine producing areas. This peaceful accommodation is a 10 minute walk to Moyhu hotel and cafe and a short drive to many wineries and restaurants in the area. It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area .
