This home was a perfect place for our family visiting Chico for our daughter’s graduation. It was well stocked with so many added touches. The outdoor space was amazing! We spent most of our time enjoying the hot tub, BBQ, and comfortable living space and even patio misters to keep cool! Travis was the best host! He was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all communication. We would highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed at Daniel’s house twice and hope to be back. It is very close to Thunderhill Raceway and has a garage and perfect accommodations after a day at the track.

We stayed at Lana's house for 10 days. Located on the edge of Orland, it was comfortable, quiet, and clean, with a private backyard. You can walk downtown within about 10 mins. It worked out perfectly for our work trip, and is equipped with a full kitchen, grill, and washer/dryer. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks Lana.

Laurie was very responsive and clear in her communication. The beds were very comfortable and it really did feel like we were at home away from home! We have relatives in Chico and will definitely return to Dot’s House when we return!

Loved this cute little guest house, i didn't realize there was a pool table upstairs! very peaceful and felt homey.

Great location. House was just what we needed for our short amount of time in Chico. Anthony and Ava were great hosts and communication was the best. Would stay here again when we come back through if dates are available
