Sweet Deluxe Studio

My place is about a mile and a half away from the University and Hospital. Downtown is about a 10 minute drive. Lower Bidwell Park is near downtown. Cable TV with HBO and TCM movie channels plus some sports channels. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio only. I like to rent to long term guests, which is why I give a discount for a month, and prefer to rent for 3 months. Many traveling nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist have stayed for their typical 13 week assignment.

This unique place has a style all its own. This place to stay is perfect for the corporate worker looking for a short term stay. Enjoy your own private bedroom and bathroom in a sunny, spacious eclectic jungalow apartment. The other guests in this apartment are corporate housing guests here in Chico for work.
