The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.

It is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of cities and towns and is close to the Cairngorms National Park.

Well equipped in accessible area to amenities, only a 10 min drive away from nearest town and 30 min from nearest city in the area . Plenty places within driving distance. The cateran trail is on the doorstep for walkers . Choice of golf courses for those who play. Reekie Lynn waterfall is just around the corner from the cottage.
