Self contained unit 50 metres from waters edge and koala reserve at back gate. Huge, sunny bedroom with queen bed, port-a-cot (if needed) and built in wardrobe with allocated space for your belongings. Also, combined lounge/dining with quality furniture and large screen TV. Lovely kitchenette with views to delightful, fully enclosed back yard. Tea, coffee and toast with cereal provided for breakfast. Private, sunny front court yard and own separate entrance. We are happy to share knowledge of the local area and amenities with you and invite you for a sunset drink on the upstairs balcony or leave you peacefully alone to discover the beauty of Port Stephens for yourselves. View local swans, dolphins, pelicans, fish, crabs and koalas nearby or take a walk on the boardwalk through a nature reserve to Mallabula. Try fishing or kayaking or watching the sunset. Whale watching and dolphin tours depart from nearby Nelson Bay. Eating out includes clubs, take always, a few restaurants ranging from budget to waterfront a la cart. Enjoyable even on rainy days - relax on the leather chaise and watch a video or curl up in the sunny corner with a good book

The Stable 20 mins to the vineyards! Cozy couples

THE STABLE is a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a mini dash Wonka that will be more than happy to say hello when he’s out & about. Please also note CHECK IN IS 2PM and CHECK OUT is 10am ! * All towels and bedding provided by me :)

Mill Pond Cabin: Boutique Vineyard Stay

Enjoy this unique, boutique, secluded vineyard stay in your very own cabin amongst the vines. Nestled in the outskirts of the wonderful NSW country town of Stroud, on a 15-acre boutique vineyard, protected beneath the escarpment of Peppers Mountain & bounded by pristine Mill Creek. Enjoy everything the country has to offer with a swim in the creek and a fire pit under the stars. Or if you prefer the finer things in life, a hot tub overlooking the vines, air-conditioning inside, and much more.

The Birdnest

Relax & unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway. It's all about the views, cosy atmosphere, serenity & proximity to Dungog services. With a wrap-around balcony on two sides, the view from both inside & outside takes in glimpses of Barrington Tops National Park to the north, expansive views of surrounding farms, valleys & hills to the east & south, and the township of Dungog below. The native birds at dusk are a delight. "The Birdnest" is ideal for up to 2 couples, or a family of 4 (or 5?).

The Stables

The home includes a full kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of space to stretch out, perfect for families, couples, or friends wanting a relaxed escape.

Koala Capital

Your own private space detached from the house. Park your car at the front door. Meters from the Lemon Tree Passage bowling club. A 10 minute walk to 3 cafe's and Poyers waterfront dinning. Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Sorry no pets. WiFi is available. Friday night entertainment at the Bowling Club could be loud.

The Studio on Pokolbin Mountain - Stunning views!

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. A bushland farm retreat where you can re-energise

Olen Cabin is our fully equipped guest house, located in the 'back paddock' of our 100 acre property, overlooking lagoons, pasture and gum trees that line the property.  Olen contains one bedroom, one bathroom, a welcoming and light vibe, with fresh decor, chosen for comfort. Stock the fridge with your favourites to enjoy during your stay. It's a chill place, no wifi & very limited phone service. It's time to unplug and reconnect. We hope to welcome you soon.

The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among sprawling gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous heritage listed cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill.
