The Burrows, coastal luxury with incredible views

Welcome to The Burrows, a 1860's stone cottage we have sensitively reimagined & restored, opening it up to take in the ever changing view over Freycinet peninsula. A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

Shepherd's Cottage at Lisdillon Estate

Elevated above the river. Open views to the bay. Shepherd’s Cottage sits just above the rivulet, looking down to the water and across farmland to Great Oyster Bay. Original stone is paired with light-filled, open interiors in this early 1800s rubble-stone cottage. Wander the estate’s private beaches along a 4km expanse of unspoiled coastline, kayak or swim the river below, or settle in by the fire with a book and a glass of Lisdillon Pinot. 25 mins to Maria Island ferry, ~1 hour to Freycinet.

Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach or 10 minutes by car.
