Northern Retreat-hot tub-pool table-arcade- darts

Enjoy this beautiful retreat that will provide you a peaceful and FUN getaway. Our home sits on one of the “fingers” of Wixom Lake and currently has a small stream running through (not accessible). If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, separate rec room (pool table, dart board, bar, arcade, tv) BBQ grill, hot tub, scavenger hunt, yard games, etc.....

In 2020 the Edenville dam on Wixom lake failed, draining the lake & returning it to the river it was 95 years ago. This house now sits on hundreds of acres of ancient stumps & emerging forest on a dry lake bottom with a picturesque river running through it, ready for you to explore. You'll love your stay in this clean cottage with its covered patio, working fireplace & breathtaking sunset views.

Beautiful 2BR+Loft Cottage with amazing views!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

Updated Ranch on Secord Lake with a Private Beach

Relax with the whole family while in paradise on Secord Lake! Enjoy 140 feet of lake frontage and a private beach. This lot is nearly a half acre of land with neighboring pine trees providing privacy on the main side of the house. Lakeview cabin and guest house with full access to all sports Elk Lake with large space to tie off pontoon, jet skies or boat. Free access to kayak. Fire pit with beautiful view of Elk Lake. Plenty of sleeping space so this cabin is perfect for large families as well as hunting/fishing groups or girls/ boys weekends! Game room with pool table, shuffle board, darts and bubble hockey attached to guest house. Walking distance to Elk Lake Bar (very good food and atmosphere)!

Summer Retreat with Wiggins Lake Access!

Welcome to Wiggins Lake! Amazing fishing, boating, and relaxation! We are 2 doors down from the public boat launch to 345-acre all-sports Wiggins Lake with plenty of driveway space to bring a boat! After being outside all day, choose to stay home at the fully-stocked cottage to cook meals and enjoy the plethora of games and yard space. There are lots of hiking trails and we are super close to town, too! Fully renovated cottage with all the conveniences you'll need!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Michigan up north getaway. Located in the middle of the woods on Wixom Lake in Beaverton, MI. ***Water to come back in 2027.
