Lakefront luxury, in your backyard! Sandy Feet Retreat is located just 2 hours from Metro Detroit. Summer or winter, this property is packed with amazing things to experience! The space has been professionally designed to be both functional and fun. With 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, plentiful outdoor seating, plus a huge indoor/outdoor game-cave, the home can accommodate up to 14 people. Our goal is to help you relax and unwind so you can make new life-long memories with your family and friends!

Quaint one bedroom home nestled in the woods. Perfect for one or two. Fenced in yard. Wooded trail. 15 min drive to Village of West Branch or Village of Gladwin. 18 miles to The Dream and Nightmare golf courses. 6 miles to Sugar Springs golf course. Nearby state land for hunting. Gladwin RV trails 16 minutes away.

Tranquility Cove, Fun All Year!

Our slice of Heaven to share with you! Located on 864 acre Secord Lake. Northern Michigan’s finest. The current lake levels are low but still have a sandy area and great fishing. We provide some fun water items to still take advantage of the water. Some owners still use their boats at low speeds but it’ not recommended. Swimming and non motorized activities are enjoyable. We provide a paddle boat, kayaks and a few life jackets. Don’t forget Ice fishing. Trails near by for ATV lovers.

Enjoy stunning views of Tittabawassee River! 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds in the sunroom, sleeps 8. 2 full baths. Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

Relax with the whole family while in paradise on Secord Lake! Enjoy 140 feet of lake frontage and a private beach. This lot is nearly a half acre of land with neighboring pine trees providing privacy on the main side of the house. You'll have an abundance of space for the family to make memories, and a bon fire pit to roast marshmallows. Summer activities include kayaking, fishing, space for volleyball, and a private beach. The house also comes with free WIFI and a desk to get work done.

The "Belle of Secord" is lakefront living at it's finest! From hot summer days to cold winter nights, this quaint cottage is designed for year round enjoyment. This family friendly home features it's own beach, hot tub, wood stove, updated kitchen with luxury appliances, EV charger, all new furniture, children's bunk room, outdoor games (axe throwing & corn hole), 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, and its own pedal boat! All of this on arguably the best view of +800 acre Secord Lake!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful vacation home with access to boat launches on all sport Wiggins Lake. Enjoy vacationing on a 1 acre lot with ample space to hangout and spend time with your family, parter or alone. Plenty of space to bring your boat, camper and/or tents. Also, you can visit the quaint town of Gladwin, Michigan a mile down the road. Enjoy our home while you have a blast away from yours! Just a short drive from state land perfect for outdoor activities.

There are plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors at this home. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views while relaxing by the fire or snuggle up on the sprawling deck and read a book. You can visit one of the nearby rivers where you can fish, kayak, canoe or tube. If hiking is your things visit a nearby nature preserve. Home is also located near ATV and snowmobile trails and hunting preserves. When the water returns home boast 280 feet of waterfront on a canal leading out into Wixom Lake.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Michigan up north getaway. Located in the middle of the woods on Wixom Lake in Beaverton, MI. ***Water to come back in 2027. This house sleeps 12 people with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Open floor plan and room for everyone to gather in one location. Private road takes you to this secluded location in the woods. Come enjoy the beautiful Michigan fall colors from mid September to early November!
