Beautiful 2BR+Loft Cottage with amazing views!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

Make memories with the whole family no matter the season. Summers on the lake, breathtaking tall trees and fall colors, countless winter activities, and cool spring nights around the fire, this chalet-style cottage offers it all. Located on Secord Lake, approx 815 sq acres in beautiful Gladwin County. Anglers can expect to find a variety of fish including Black Crappie, Bluegill, and Largemouth Bass to name a few. Enjoy all the conveniences of home and close access to restaurants and shopping.

Enjoy stunning views of Tittabawassee River! 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds in the sunroom, sleeps 8. 2 full baths. Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.
