Enjoy this beautiful retreat that will provide you a peaceful and FUN getaway. Our home sits on one of the “fingers” of Wixom Lake and currently has a small stream running through (not accessible). If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, separate rec room (pool table, dart board, bar, arcade, tv) BBQ grill, hot tub, scavenger hunt, yard games, etc.....

The Point House: Riverfront with room for everyone

In 2020 the Edenville dam on Wixom lake failed, draining the lake & returning it to the river it was 95 years ago. This house now sits on hundreds of acres of ancient stumps & emerging forest on a dry lake bottom with a picturesque river running through it, ready for you to explore. You'll love your stay in this clean cottage with its covered patio, working fireplace & breathtaking sunset views.

Beautiful 2BR+Loft Cottage with amazing views!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

Waterfront 3 bedroom/1 bath Cottage on Secord Lake

Please note: Due to the dam failures on the Tittabawassee system of lakes, the water level of Secord lake is too low to enjoy boating and other water activities as they assess our dam for damage or needed repair. If this affects your vacation plans, we apologize. Please check prior to booking as to the water level if your plans include using the water. Home offers a relaxing, clean place to stay and enjoy all of the other activities that Northern Michigan has to offer. Thanks for understanding.

Stunning lakefront cottage with 2 bedroom, 2 bath

Beautiful lakefront home away from home. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Perfect for family gatherings, friend getaways, girls weekends. Close to hunting land, ORV trails, shopping, antiquing, beautiful drives and wildlife galore. Enjoy two queen bedrooms, optional space with a king and a pullout queen to comfortably sleep 8+. Enjoy a large, full kitchen, dining area, living room, family room and full laundry room. Take your stress away relaxing in the large jacuzzi tub.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the spacious yard for playing family games. Enjoy the fishing from any where along the 475’ of water frontage, or explore the river with a kayak or canoe. Inside the house you have a full kitchen, high speed internet with 3 smart tv’s though out. All 3 bedrooms are low profile style frames with new queen size mattresses! Laundry washer and dryer stackers. And if renting in the winter enjoy the wood fireplace in the living room.

Waterfront Cottage on Secord Lake

Take a break, unwind and enjoy all this lake has to offer. Bring your kayaks or small boats and enjoy miles of fun. Due to the dam being repaired levels are low. Photos are accurate level. If the water is not for you bring your bikes and take advantage of the low traffic roads with beautiful nature scenery. Shopping is only 11 miles away (20 mins). West Branch outlet mall, Walmart, Aldi’s and restaurants. Internet. No cable. Streaming apps accessible. Up to 3 Kayaks available upon booking.

Quiet Getaway

Quiet vacation home on Wixom Lake. While the lake is gone at the moment, it’s still a nice get away location. Large side yard for parking or tents. A fire pit in the yard for a relaxing evening. The house has three bedrooms, including a double bunk bed in one room and a master suite & central heat/ac A recent addition of a garage, entryway and loft have changed the look of the place. Contact us about adding the garage space to your rental. All the amenities of home are available for use.

Peaceful Cottage near Rivers & State land for FUN

Relax with the whole family (8+) at this peaceful cottage. Located on a channel of Wixom Lake **there is NO LAKE currently** but there is access to Tittabawassee River for kayaking and fishing near by, as well as 1000s of acres of State land for RVs, hiking, hunting, foraging, and outdoor enjoyment. There is an RV rental nearby. This 3 bedroom cottage invites friends and fun for relaxation with a back deck, large lawn, hammock, and firepit. Located just 15 minutes from Midland and shopping.

Lakefront Cottage on Wiggins Lake - Amazing View!

This is our little piece of paradise that we've been renovating (in the off season) into a fun costal cottage vibe. You'll enjoy an amazing waterfront view of Wiggins Lake and we can accommodate up to 4 guests at this property. The cottage is newly renovated, clean, and has the basic necessities to enjoy your stay on the lake. We purchased the cottage in Aug 2020 & bought new bedding, towels, pillows, glasses, silverware, etc. Renovated bathroom & more in May 2021 and 2022!
