Ruby's Rest

NO CLEANING FEES. NO TO DO LISTS BEFORE CHECKING OUT. NO PET FEES. Cozy, private one room cottage (with bathroom), run by a loving, easy-going, non-judging family. Cottage measures 12' x 24' (total of 288sq. feet). Very relaxed environment. Flat rate of $50.00. UPDATE: Deck is now enclosed with old window panes. Super cozy. Has a sink with hot/old water, a hot plate, large toaster oven, and utensils. I am am still putting finishing touches on it, but available for use. Pictures soon.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

River House

The River House is a quiet two story farm house that sits on the South Fork of the Holston River. It is halfway between the trail town of Damascus and historic Abingdon. Enjoy the relaxing wrap around porch where you can hear and see the sights of the river. A short walk from the driveway is the Virginia Creeper Trail, the perfect place to hike, bike, or just walk with family. Fish along the bank of the river or take a short trip to the town of Abingdon to visit the Barter Theatre.

Charming 40s era cottage located minutes from Marion downtown. Enjoy the convenience of town with the feeling of country living. Bring your bikes and ride the Back of the Dragon ( space to park a trailer at the home), spend the day at Hungry Mother, visit your Emory & Henry student for the weekend or make a 40 minute drive and try your luck at the new Hard Rock casino in Bristol. Marion is the perfect location for outdoor lovers. 15 minutes from Mount Rogers visitor center and the AT.

The Lamb's Ear

Enjoy a quiet country setting just 10 minutes from downtown Abingdon and the Virginia Creeper Trail, 20 minutes to the Appalachian Trail, 30 minutes to downtown Bristol. Enjoy pastoral views while you relax on the back deck, which runs the length of the house. The unit includes the entire main floor of the home with bedroom, bath, living room, full kitchen and laundry room. If you love the outdoors this is a great base for exploring this beautiful corner of the world.

We are dog friendly limit 2, bowls and bed provided .
