Small cozy cottage in the woods by a lake. 4 beds. 14 km from Kiruna C. 10 km to Ice hotel. Perfect to see midnight sun and northern lights. Peace and relaxation. Nice sauna can be rented for 800 sek - needs to be booked at least one day in advance. Takes 4-6 hours to heat. Own car or rental car is required. Or transport by taxi. No bus connection available. Närhet till flygplats, mataffär och tågstation, men samtidigt ostört läge. Welcome to a cozy cabin on 46 square meters close to the Torne river. The place of the cabin is verry good for spotting northernlights and on a walking distance to the Icehotel across the river during winter.

Lägenhet, ca 24 kvm, ligger på privat gård i bostadsområdet, Tuolluvaara. Egen ingång, fullt utrustad kök, toalett, tv. Tuolluvaara ligger ca 3 km från Kiruna flygplats, ca 2 km från Kiruna nya centrum, ca 6 km från gamla centrum och ca 13 km från Ishotellet i Jukkasjärvi (ca 15 minuter med bil). På grund av gruvbrytningen sker en spännande stadsomvandling i Kiruna och nya centrum öppnades i september 2022.

Enjoy your stay in our cabin with loft and wood stove, a place for dog lovers. Meet our Alaskan Huskies, who run free on the yard every day for 1-3 hours. Relax in the sauna and hot tub and take a walk to the nearby River Kalix and enjoy the Nature surrounding us. The good fishing opportunity is worth mentioning. The bathroom and kitchen are outside the cabin within 25m.

Sleep under the stars and the dancing aurora lights in this rare and unique cone! In the daytime cuddle with our friendly reindeers (meet and greet/feeding included in your stay!) and after a long day out in the cold, take a time out in our traditional wood fired sauna.
