While the exterior is currently a work in progress, the inside is clean and modern, ensuring a comfortable stay. Utile (means: useful, handy and practical)

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The dairy is next door, Kaiti shopping mall is a block away with KFC & Pizza Hut. City centre is a 10 minute walk, bus route, and a drive away from the beaches from both directions. I have a dog (Tai) and cat (Tahi). Tai is not friendly at first but settles. I will take full control of him at all times. Tahi comes and goes he is not really an inside cat. I will make sure flea and smell ridden.
