Just under a mile from Alyeska Resort and a short walk to Girdwood Brewing and scenic trails, adventure and relaxation are right outside your door!

The home is a short walk to restaurants, including the Double Musky (voted #1 in AK), the town square & Girdwood Brewery! The home has a BBQ, and a record player with lots of classic vinyl! Three decks to enjoy nature and take in the sounds of the river nearby. A jetted tub to soak your feet in at the end of the day.

Top of Our House

This is an apartment on the top floor of our home in Girdwood with views of Alyeska, Fishes Breath, and Maxes Mountains. It is one mile from Alyeska ski resort, and near Virgin Creek Falls. It's a one bedroom with a king bed, full bath, kitchen, TV in the bedroom, and a kitchen table and couch. It is accessible by walking up two flights of stairs on the outside of the house. We live downstairs with a toddler who you will likely hear. Sometimes four wheel drive is needed in heavy snow.

Our fully remodeled slope-side getaway is located at the base of Alyeska with gorgeous views of the mountain. Just a short 2 min walk from the ski lifts, the Sitzmark Bar & Grill, and only 1 min from the fantastic Jack Sprat restaurant, our location cannot be beat. The unit comes complete with everything needed to cook full meals, relax after a day in the mountains, and get a wonderful night's sleep to wake up refreshed for more adventures!

Set up to be your home away from home and mountain retreat. 16 pair boot drier for ski/hiking gear, 86 inch theater TV in basement, gas fire pit on rear deck, second living area on main level. This is our personal getaway so we've outfitted it with everything we like to have to enjoy our home away from home at Alyeska.
