Great place to stay. House is spacious, the kitchen is big and client. The host is very helpful, proactive and caring. We arrived late in the evening, and they sent a pictures of the entrance when it was dark so that we won't miss it. Location of the house is next to a shopping mall with 2 big supermarkets and a few restaurants.

Honestly our best Air BnB experience to date. Fantastic property, with fantastic hosts. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and plenty to do! I would stay here again without hesitation.

We had the most wonderful stay. Everything was just perfect we had 8 people staying over the weekend and it still felt like so much space for everyone. The place its self is just out of town, and it's very peaceful but close enough to be in town in minutes or only a short ride away. The views from the house were stunning and the house its self had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend away. I could not recommend this place more, I think we will be back again for sure, Thanks for having us!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

Perfect location for a weekend getaway!

What a fabulous place! The character of this home and beauty of the surrounding gardens made for such a great family getaway. With the billiard table, pool, sauna and tennis court, our teenagers were happy and occupied. Loved that we could walk to Sherbrooke Falls from the house, and the gorgeous cafe across the road. Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. Smooth check in with great instructions for lock box. The unit had everything we needed for a family get away. Having the rail trail right behind the property was so handy for biking into town with children

Lovely villa at the Ramada Resort. All mod cons available and right on the doorstep of the heated pool and outdoor pool, so super convenient with 2 kids in tow.

My family and I had the liveliest time at Lisa's villa in the heart of the Ramada resort. surrounded by nature but with access to all resort facilities, we were never short of things to do. The villa is perfect, well appointed and had everything we needed, plus some lovely touches like Easter eggs and hot cross buns! Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks Lisa!

Our stay at Acacia lodge was very relaxing and comfortable. The weather wasn’t quite suited to sitting out on the several balconies but we hope to experience that when we next visit. Great amenities and being able to cross the road and amble along the boardwalk into town was just delightful. We would highly recommend visiting both Metung and staying at Acacia Lodge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

Loved our stay. The view from the deck is amazing and the location is just perfect. We made some beautiful memories. Kristin was very quick in responding to all my queries.

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Craig’s house in Rye. The heated pool was spectacular and very relaxing. The grass area was great for kids to run around and play and the house was warm with nice modern bathrooms. We also loved that it was pet-friendly. Rye was a great area to holiday with lots to do for both teenagers and younger ones. Craig was very responsive, friendly and helpful as a host, and we definitely hope to return another year. Thank-you!!!
