Vintage Caravan, Rainforest & Lyrebirds

Our 1959-vintage caravan is just 12ft long, best for a couple or two friends. At a pinch, two children could sleep in the king single bed; see the photos and description further down. Wake up to the sounds of Lyrebirds, enjoy a private walk in our rainforest gully and stroll around the garden, one of the best private gardens in the Dandenongs. Offering a minimum one-night stay for a quick getaway, or stay longer & enjoy the peace, sit by the fire - made from a beer keg, and roast marshmallows.

The Beached Van

The Beached Van has come to rest in a private space amongst the Moonah trees at the back of our coastal landscaped garden. From your off street parking space a path leads to the renovated 1970’s caravan with all the creature comforts. The van has a queen bed, lounge area and kitchenette and a relaxed, coastal style. It is sheltered under a veranda with a deck area for lounging, a patio heater and BBQ. Stairs through the garden lead to the luxurious bathroom with floor heating and a big bath tub.

Delatite River Caravan; Fall asleep to the therapeutic sounds of the nearby river, A fisherman delight with local brown and rainbow trout. Our caravan has all the ammenities you need with stunning views. A stones throw away to a beautiful waterfall walks and a short 5 min drive to Mt Buller / Mt Stirling ski resorts . Local Winery's and Brewery 's and a heaps of fantastic restaurants and bars .' Walk the river or drive to the ski slopes. You'll love this unique and romantic escape.

Get cosy and settle into this rustic romantic space. This is where you come to get away from the noise and pressures of todays world...NO WIFI and limited mobile services no electricity. The caravan has gas cooking and hot water,lights are all solar powered,linen is supplied. BBQ area with great views of the bush. Come once and you'll be back.
