The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Bring the whole family to this inviting home with lots of room for fun! This quiet neighborhood is easily accessible to some of Grand Island's best amenities including a 10 min WALK to Fonner Park, a 14 min WALK to Island Oasis Water Park, and a 5 min drive to downtown shops and restaurants. There are two Fire TV's to watch your favorite streaming shows. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, a fenced in backyard for your pets, a BBQ grill, and one secure parking space in the attached garage.

Coziest place in town This is a tiny home tucked away in the heart of Aurora. within walking distance to our wonderful square in the center of town. This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. Stay in a cabin on a homestead with native prairie grass, huge open space and tons of trees. Ayr is about 10-minute drive to the charming small town of Hastings. There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.
