The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. The Sunset Place

Disconnect from life's hustle & bustle when you get to this lovely, serene lake cottage. Embrace, get deep with mother nature. Each season has its own beauty. Winter sports: ski, hike, ice skates, snowmobile, ice fish, snow shoe/walk on the frozen lake. Spring: life blooms. Summer: Fire pit, fish, swim, Canoe, kayak, SUP, bike, NASCAR, concerts, bike week. Wake up to rows of sun-kissed grapevines and unwind in a serene, vineyard-view retreat. This open-concept suite featured a plush king bed, abundant natural light and inviting modern décor. Sip wine at sunset, cook in the well-equipped kitchen, or unwind and relax, in our new “shared” hot tub. Although there are other guest on the property you will have this space to call your own and enjoy. ~ 5 min from Lake Winnipesukee, 20 min to Wolfeboro, 20 min to Gunstock and 25 min to Bank of Pavilion

Pet-Friendly 4BD/2BA House Lakes Region/Gunstock

Welcome to your cozy lakeside getaway. This two-story home is ideal for large families or groups, with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths there is plenty of space to relax for a weekend or extended stay. Enjoy a side yard, deck seating, and lake access (weather permitting). The private dock is located across the street from the main house. Guests may bring their own boat; no boat is provided. Basement (1st floor with french doors on front of house) is not accessible to guests, it is storage only.

Situated across from our home, beside the gardens on a private horse farm in Gilmanton Corners, an iconic NH village with a corner store, town hall and church in its center. Meet the friendly horses, swim or fish in nearby ponds and lakes or hike local trails and mountains. Close to Gunstock, Lake Winnisquam, Winnipesaukee, Outlet malls, Bank of NH music pavilion, local farm markets. Bicycles available. Farm activity add-ons include riding lessons or custom classes on horsemanship.

The cottage is newly renovated with granite counters and extra large windows that provide a panoramic view of the lake. Watch the sunsets from the beach, or enjoy the view from inside the open concept kitchen and dining room. Don't forget to explore the pond with the provided kayaks, or cozy up to the fire at the lake-side fire pit.
