Moderate size home, with three bedrooms (one king, one queen, one full) located in Gunstock Acres. The house is in walking distance near a number of small hiking trails and a short-driving distance to a number of more advanced trails, like Mount Major. The house is located 2.5 miles from Gunstock Mountain Resort with a number of family activities, 8 miles from Weirs Beach in Laconia and 13 miles from Meredith; all with a number of restaurants and fun family activities, including the ice castles.

Stay at a beautiful contemporary getaway on 5 acres with amazing lake and mountain views minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee. Upstairs has a master bedroom with a queen and a bathroom with tub and shower. There are two other bedrooms, one with a twin, the other with a full. Sharing bathroom. The basement room has a queen bed and a king sofa pullout in the entertainment room. Another full bath is here. The first floor study has a full sofa bed. The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

The Lakes Region Log Cabin

The Lakes Region Log Cabin is located near Lake Winnipesaukee, Lake Winnisquam, Gunstock Mountain, Tanger shopping outlets, NH Bank Pavilion and more, for fun in every season! Relax at the house or enjoy one of the many activities in the Lakes Region. We do full cleaning turnovers between guests and all linens are laundered professionally; if you have any questions, please reach out!

Modern Private In-Law Apartment

Modern two bedroom in-law apartment located minutes away from Lake Winnipesaukee, Gunstock Mountain and Bank of NH Pavilion all about 5 miles and less than 10 minute drive. We are also a short 1/2 mile walk/drive to a 40 acre stocked trout pond. Come enjoy the sights and scenery of the Lakes Region or stay in for a quiet evening.

Waterfront on Opechee

We have a private and cozy spacious one bedroom walk out garden style apartment on Lake Opechee. This backyard walk out has a fireplace, private covered patio area as well as use of the grill, fire pit, canoe and kayaks. Off street parking is available. We consider ourselves inclusive, supporting every type of visitor.
