KT house on Running Creek Farm

Cozy little cottage/ tiny house nestled in the woods on our horse farm. If you like rustic, boho, with a touch of eclectic style, you will love KT House! Front view shows the creek, Redd Creek Pavillion, and our beautiful landscape. Back view has you tucked away in the woods. Front porch is perfect for sitting, with a gas fire pit near by with seating. KT House is off the beaten path, but there are restaurants and grocery stores located within a descent driving distance.

Primrose Hill-Beautiful horse farm 1.7 mi. to VT!

Rose Hill is situated 1.7 miles from Virginia Tech's campus. Private and serene with amazing views, our home offers convenience to the local hotspots with the bonus of a peaceful country setting. The apartment is located downstairs and has a private entrance and drive. Enjoy some gorgeous pastel landscapes, equine and canine art featured by our friend and local artist, Patricia Beven. Outdoor seating, gardens and breathtaking views are are within feet of the entrance.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Four Fillies Lodge is a nearly 100 acre private estate available for you to explore & enjoy with your family. Our 140 year old reclaimed Wilderness Lodge is a rustic, antique cabin with modern amenities. This is the perfect place to enjoy relaxation or adventurous activities such as fishing, hiking, caving, white water rafting, and so much more! As you drive the 3 miles into town from I 77 you see a beautiful view of the Appalachian mountains. The getaway is a country home, offering a big front porch with rocking chairs to unwind from a busy day of exploring.
