Stay near VT Campus with me

I am a student at VT. My apartment located on University City Blvd, just a 20-minute (1/5 Mile) walk away from the VT campus. If you prefer public transportation, there are two convenient bus stops in front of the apartment complex. As a fellow Virginia Tech student, I prioritize renting my extra bed to individuals who have some affiliation with the university. Therefore, if you are a female student or a scholar associated with Virginia Tech, I am happy to accommodate you.

This studio apartment was completed in 2023. It features a full kitchen, king size bed, queen size futon and 65" TV. Outside is a private deck with gas grill and patio table. It is located 3.3 miles from downtown Blacksburg. The art on the walls is done by local artists. Keyless entry. Gravel parking next to building. Owners live onsite in a separate building. Note: climbing a short flight of stairs is required to gain access to the building.
