We stayed as a group of two families - 4 adults and 5 kids. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dog with us. It rained almost our entire stay, so we weren’t able to do as many Outdoor activities as planned, but it meant we were able to really use all the activities provided in the bunkhouse - puzzle, board games, video games, etc. There is a market, a brewery and a coffee shop all within blocks, so it was super easy to pick up any supplies we forgot. The house is a little dark, we found ourselves wishing for a little more light. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. We did end up purchasing more paper towels and some ziplocks. The double oven was very helpful. Some larger sheet pans would have helped to be able to cook for such a large group, but we just did things in batches. Overall we highly recommend this place and hope to return someday.

The house was beautiful and even better than we expected. The hot tub was amazing even in the snow and the river view from the deck was majestic. There was plenty of room for the family, lots for us to do together and just a short drive to the pass for some fun in the snow. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing!! Definitely want to stay here again!! Well stocked and organized. One of the bedrooms is only curtained off but the home is very spacious with a ton of comfortable sleeping pads it isn’t an issue. There is dog hair but it is a pet friendly home so it is to be expected. This home was everything we wanted and more! Can’t wait to book again!!

Nice peaceful, quiet, and relaxing place to stay. Friendly host. Plenty of things to do inside the house with a game room. The WiFi works nicely, and plenty of movie apps on the tv. The coffee bar is a nice addition to the house as well. Neighbors are friendly if and when you see them. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, privacy, with a nice view of the mountains give the Randle retreat a try. I will definitely keep this place on my rotation of places to visit. Thanks again Will. Our stay at the Elkhorn Wapiti Chalet was absolutely incredible! The cabin is even more beautiful in person; spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect: peaceful, private, and just a short walk to downtown Packwood. Brian was an outstanding host; super friendly, responsive, and made sure every detail was taken care of to make our stay as comfortable as possible. You can tell he really cares about creating a memorable experience for his guests. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a cozy, luxurious escape in the heart of Washington’s mountains. Thank you, Brian, for such an amazing stay!

Jeaneva's place is a great spot for adventuring in the Packwood area. We spent the weekend at WhitePass snowboarding and the cabin is just 20 min from the ski area. It has a very private feel and an awesome deck for hanging out. The beds are very comfortable and it was very clean. We will definitely be back.

Nick is an incredible host- attentive and responsive. We left a special item behind by mistake, and he went out of his way to work to get it returned to us! The hot tub and sauna were also highlights of the stay.

Patt’s place was wonderful, and such a cozy home to return to after hiking! The little notes around the home were super clear- easy check-in, huge comfy bed, easy check out. The heaters totally warmed us up after freezing winter hikes. We loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone visiting Ashford or Ranier. Minutes away from the park entrance, and such a serene, private cabin!
