Welcome to Wagtail Air BNB! Our little Wagtail Nest offers a private, relaxing and romantic experience. Enjoy a bubble bath overlooking the countryside, sip a coffee on the deck or sit by the fire pit under the stars. We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. Self-served continental/ self cooked breakfast is included in your stay. Wedding night packages are also available

The Barn - 5 Acres of Idyllic Bushland With Views

Set between stunning natural bushland & Gippsland's sprawling agricultural hills, 'The Barn' offers a unique escape back into nature's gentle rhythm. Relax on five acres of private forest with valley views. Inside, enjoy the carefully curated spaces & bespoke, timber furnishings. Cook your own wood-fired pizza. Soak in the views from the bath. Keep an eye out for a koala, wallaby or lyrebird. Explore the neighbouring national parks or swim at some of Victoria’s most beautiful, untouched beaches.

Luxury on Lansdowne

Upmarket accommodation for the more discerning! King bed in lovely surrounds with luxury ensuite and private lounge room TV & heating. Guests enjoy the adjoining private dining room & open fire. Firewood is unavailable but can be purchased from any service station. Kitchen is in the rear section but not available for guests use unless requested. A 2 min walk to Lake Guthridge & Botanical Gardens. The hospital only a 5 min walk and 600 metres will get you to the CBD. Come enjoy the ambiance!

Location and comfort are paramount for a Beach house stay and our little gem has it all. Our home offers 3 bdms -2 queen size beds & 3rd with 2 sets of bunks. 2 living rooms provides plenty of space. In Winter, relax in front of the beautiful open fire, whilst enjoying several reds with background ocean sounds. Outdoor-2 decks, 1 with bbq -will ensure a great holiday. The house is pet friendly-fully gated. Our beach house is a 1 min walk to the creek, patrolled beaches and brand new SLS club.
