You’ll find a full bathroom, eat-in kitchen with a compact & versatile air fry oven, private porch w/ gas grill, WiFi & 55” smart TV, street-side parking, plus a single assigned off-street parking space.

Escape to a tranquil, adult-only, 1-bedroom cottage on 12 acres of peaceful hardwood forest. Spend the morning lazing on the screened porch or walk the trails & watch for deer and birds. Just 6 miles away, Watkinsville offers small town shopping & dining. Only a 20 min drive for antiquing and dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. At night, relax by the fire-pit while you roast marshmallows and listen to the owls.

*Please note that while the cottage is the same, the damage from Hurricane Helene has drastically altered the look of the property around it. Clean up is underway but will take time.* Peaceful, private 850 sq. foot cottage set back from the road and surrounded by loblolly pines. Have this quiet getaway all to yourselves! Just 5 min from I-20 and 20 min from W. Augusta (31 min from the Masters course). Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, plus complimentary coffee, tea, eggs, and more!

Unique country cottage. You have your own little cottage with I bedroom and loft and a small kitchen. There is also a beautiful pond for swimming, fishing or canoeing. A beautiful 1/2 a mile walk to Rocky Comfort Creek where you can fish or relax. Lots of animals around the farm. A kids paradise! Just come and enjoy a relaxing day in the country. A 15 min. drive to town and restaurants. There is no tv or WiFi in the cottage so be prepared to relax and reconnect with how life used to be!

Comfortable antique cabin in the countryside. One bedroom with twin beds, and loft with full mattress accessed by ladder. Bath with shower and kitchenette with micro, fridge, stove, toaster and coffee maker. In ground swimming pool. Rear porch and yard look out on pastureland with cattle, goats, poultry, and sometime the horse. Pond fishing available. Convenient to I-20. Cabin is over 150 years old and rustic. It is very small, but has what you need. Small Roku TV and Comcast internet.

Comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood, right outside of Fort Eisenhower. Not far from restaurants and shopping in Grovetown and a 15 minute drive to Augusta. Approximately 20 minutes to Augusta National Golf Club (Masters). Primary bedroom equipped with its own bathroom. TV in all 3 bedrooms. Single car garage. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. This home is great for Temporary Duty (TDY), people traveling for work, or families visiting in the area.

History is just down the street with notable buildings including the Mary Wills library (complete with Tiffany windows), the Robert Toombs House, the Washington Historical Museum and the Kettle Creek battlefield. Just a short drive from Athens or Augusta if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay after a game or making your way to the Master’s tournament.

Located just around the corner from shops, restaurants and 1-20 on exit 190, close to the Augusta National and Fort Eisenhower. You can't beat this location or the property!

Delightful 1 bedroom cottage minutes from Fort Gordon. This space includes 1 bedroom with a king size bed, with two twin roll away beds. A mud room with washer & dryer, and a full kitchen comfortably facilitating four people. No PETS ALLOWED wi-fi enabled, and perfectly located between Harlem and Grovetown. Cottage is located behind owners home and walking distance if issues or discrepancies arise. **NO LONGER ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE TRAILERS OR BOATS ANYMORE**

Backyard Poolside Cottage

This cozy backyard cottage is just minutes away from the Augusta National golf, I-20, and other area attractions. The main room is 18x13 with a snug yet functional bathroom (Think RV sized) and a huge walk in closet. Celebrate outdoor living with the deck, and comfortable outdoor chairs providing the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the weather. Mimosa Cottage

191 Country Place Drive, Keysville. The view from Mimosa Cottage is pure country: hay fields, sunsets, woods, birds, and friendly neighbors. The entire house is yours to enjoy. The Wagon Barn Market close by has "ready to bake" casseroles. Augusta, 20 minutes away, hosts The Masters Golf Tournament in the spring, and has biking & hiking trails, kayaking, museums, and more. Walmart is 5 minutes away the other direction in Waynesboro.

Country Home on Working Farm.

Enjoy the scenic pastures with livestock and relax outside under the stars. This home is located 2 miles from the town limits of Thomson Georgia and a quick 20+ minutes to Augusta Georgia. Located just 2 miles from I-20. Note: For Master's Week, this is an easy drive to the Augusta National.
